Oh no, that freaky thing lives near me! lol I can't imagine that my daughter would be brave/crazy enough to touch something like that, thank goodness. We did see one of our cats touch/lick a fuzzy (but much less terrifying than the SADDLEBACK!) caterpillar the other day--let's just say we laughed and felt sorry for him all at once as he bounced around the yard flicking his tongue out and pawing at his mouth. He was fine, but I bet he won't befriend any more caterpillars any time soon. Cumberland Gap?!
